Tavis Holsinger

Tavis Holsinger is a registered investment advisor representative who provides financial planning and investment advice to individuals. Tavis holds a Series 65 license. Tavis has been involved in various aspects of commercial real estate lending and investment for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Aspen, Tavis was a Director with Gearing Capital Partners, Inc. and was responsible for credit review and portfolio management for more than $200 million of Real Estate Assets. Tavis was the Regional Director of Originations for the CMO Group at Wells Fargo Bank where he was responsible for the origination and loan structuring of fixed and variable rate CMBS debt. Additionally, Tavis was the Senior Loan Underwriter for JP Morgan Mortgage Capital where he funded and securitized more than $500 million in commercial real estate loans. 

Tavis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration degree with a Finance Concentration from the University of Kansas.
